Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1 tbsp – powdered Jaggery
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  2. Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute till the chillies are finely cooked.
  3. Now add the tamarind juice and cook for another 3-4 mins.
  4. Add jaggery and salt.
  5. Serve with rotis, parathas or curd rice.
