
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – finely chopped Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 1 tbsp – powdered Jaggery
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute till the chillies are finely cooked.
- Now add the tamarind juice and cook for another 3-4 mins.
- Add jaggery and salt.
- Serve with rotis, parathas or curd rice.
