Ingredients:

• 20- Mini idlis
• 2 tbsp – Idli milagai podi
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 8-10 – Curry leaves
• Oil.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and splutter the mustard seeds and urad dal.
  2. Add the curry leaves and mini idlis to it and toss gently for a few seconds.
  3. Now add the idly milagai podi and mix well for a few minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
