
Ingredients:
• 20- Mini idlis
• 2 tbsp – Idli milagai podi
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 8-10 – Curry leaves
• Oil.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, and splutter the mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Add the curry leaves and mini idlis to it and toss gently for a few seconds.
- Now add the idly milagai podi and mix well for a few minutes.
- Serve hot.
