Ingredients:
• Milk Powder – 250 gms
• Sugar – 250 gms
• Ghee – 350 gms
• Water – 100 ml
Method:
- Mix milk powder with 250 gms ghee well. Keep it aside.
- Then take sugar and mix water to it and keep it on the stove.
- When the sugar start melting and reaches 2 thread consistency add 100 gms of ghee little by little.
- When the mixture thickens but not hard pour it in greased plate and cut them into desired shapes when it is hot.
- This is the most tastiest sweet for diwali.
