Ingredients:

• Milk Powder – 250 gms
• Sugar – 250 gms
• Ghee – 350 gms
• Water – 100 ml

Method:

  1. Mix milk powder with 250 gms ghee well. Keep it aside.
  2. Then take sugar and mix water to it and keep it on the stove.
  3. When the sugar start melting and reaches 2 thread consistency add 100 gms of ghee little by little.
  4. When the mixture thickens but not hard pour it in greased plate and cut them into desired shapes when it is hot.
  5. This is the most tastiest sweet for diwali.
