Ingredients:

• 2 tsp – Butter
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 100 g – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder, optional
• 1 tsp – extra Butter
• Some Cashew nuts or Raisins

Method:

  1. In a thick non-stick pan, heat 2 tsp butter and add condensed milk and sugar.
  2. Mix well and stir continuously for 20 minutes on a low heat, until the mixture thickens.
  3. Sprinkle cardamom powder (optional) and stir well.
  4. Grease a tray or steel plate with 1 tsp butter and pour the condensed milk-sugar mixture into it.
  5. Cut the toffee to desired shape and size or shape the mixture into small balls.
  6. Decorate with chopped cashew nuts or raisins.
