Ingredients:

• 1/4 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Maida
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• Water to make thin batter ( approximately 125 – 150 ml )
• 2 tsp – Ghee / oil for frying
• 100 g – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – dry fruits, chopped (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix condensed milk, grated coconut and chopped dry fruits evenly.
  2. Blend maida, rice flour and water to make a smooth batter.
  3. In a flat frying pan, heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
  4. Add 3 tbsps of batter and swirl the pan to coat evenly.
  5. When the batter is cooked, place a little coconut and milkmaid filling at one end and roll up. Repeat for the rest.
