Ingredients:

• 500 g – ground Meat
• 3 – big Potatoes
• 2 – chillies
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 small piece, Ginger
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Egg
• Bread Crumbs
• Oil – 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cook potatoes separately and peel off the skin. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Make a paste of chillies, garlic and ginger.
  3. Cook ground meat with the paste.
  4. Fry the meat without any water. Add salt to taste.
  5. Cut onion into small pieces and fry in the oil.
  6. Mix potatoes, minced meat and fried onion and make them into small balls.
  7. Dip the meat balls in egg and bread crumbs.
  8. Fry in the oil and when it turns golden brownish in colour, it is ready to take out.
