Ingredients:
• 500 g – ground Meat
• 3 – big Potatoes
• 2 – chillies
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 small piece, Ginger
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Egg
• Bread Crumbs
• Oil – 4 tbsp
Method:
- Cook potatoes separately and peel off the skin. Cut into small pieces.
- Make a paste of chillies, garlic and ginger.
- Cook ground meat with the paste.
- Fry the meat without any water. Add salt to taste.
- Cut onion into small pieces and fry in the oil.
- Mix potatoes, minced meat and fried onion and make them into small balls.
- Dip the meat balls in egg and bread crumbs.
- Fry in the oil and when it turns golden brownish in colour, it is ready to take out.
