Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1/2 kg (chopped, cleaned and broken into medium size cubes)
• Mint leaves – 1 bunch cleaned and washed
• Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Cloves – 4
• Cinnamon – 2

Method:

  1. First light the stove and place the pan on it.
  2. Pour 3 tbsp of oil into it.
  3. Once the oil is heated, put the cloves and the cinnamon in the oil.
  4. Then put the chicken in it and close the lid for some time.
  5. Open the lid and put some salt as required and turn the chicken pieces over. Close the lid for some time once again.
  6. Water is not required as the chicken contains some water pores in it and can cook well.
  7. After 5 minutes, put the ginger paste and garlic paste and spread it on the chicken.
  8. Then put 1 tbsp of chilli powder and turn it well.
  9. Then allow the chicken to cook for some time.
  10. After 5 minutes, put the mint leaves and mix it well and close the lid before switching off the stove.
  11. Do not open the lid for some time.
  12. Allow the chicken and the mint flavour to mix well.
  13. After a few minutes, serve hot.
