Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 3 Green chillies
• A small piece of Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves well.
  2. Scrape and wash the ginger.
  3. Grind all the ingredients together till smooth.
  4. This chutney can be served with rice, samosas, patties, cutlets, or can also be used as a sandwich paste.
