Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• 3 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 8 slices bread
• 4 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar and salt to a paste. Add the lime juice and mix well.
  2. Add 4 tsp of this chutney to the butter and mix well.
  3. Spread this mixture on all the slices of bread.
  4. Cut away the crusts, and then slice into finger sandwiches.
