Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• 3 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 8 slices bread
• 4 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar and salt to a paste. Add the lime juice and mix well.
- Add 4 tsp of this chutney to the butter and mix well.
- Spread this mixture on all the slices of bread.
- Cut away the crusts, and then slice into finger sandwiches.
