
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Barley flour
• 1.5 cups – whole Wheat flour + flour for dusting
• 1/4 cup – Mint leaves (chopped)
• 1 tsp – ajwain seeds
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – yogurt
• lukewarm water as per need
• oil for cooking
Method:
- Take the flours, chopped mint leaves, ajwain seeds and salt in a bowl.
- Add the yogurt and water. Knead a soft and smooth dough keep aside for half an hour.
- Make 8-10 medium-sized balls from the dough, dust them with flour and rolls as parathas.
- Heat a pan, gently drop a rolled paratha and drizzle some oil.
- Cook the paratha on both sides.
- Serve hot with channa masala.
