
Ingredients:
• Plain Yogurt – 2 tbsp
• Sugar according to taste
• Evaporated Milk – 2 cans (385 ml)
• Sour Cream – 285 gm
Method:
- Whisk together sour cream, sugar and yogurt.
- Slowly mix the evaporated milk.
- Whisk it very well until you see froth on top.
- Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees C.
- Put the mixture into the oven for 15 mins.
- Then turn heat down to 200 degrees C and keep it for 2-3 hours.
- You can check on the dish by putting a toothpick inside until it comes out clean.
- Take the dish out from the oven. Cool it for a while, then put it in the fridge.
