
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 4 glass – water
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – ground black pepper
• 2 small – green chilli, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 4 – garlic, chopped
• 1 cup – beans, chopped
• 1 cup – cabbage, chopped
• 2 cup – broccoli, chopped
• 1 cup – carrot, chopped
• 1/2 cup – capsicum, chopped
• 1/2 cup – mushroom, chopped (depends on your choice)
• 1 cup – boiled noodles
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1/2 spoon – ajino motto
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mix corn flour in cold water.
- Heat it on low flame, stirring continuously to avoid the lumps.
- Add soya sauce, white vinegar, ajinomotto, salt and black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the green chillies. Then add all the chopped vegetables.
- Add 1 tbsp water and cook on low flame for 6 mins.
- Mix the vegetables into the corn flour, add the pre-boiled noodles in it and give it a final boil.
- Serve hot garnished with grated cheese. Serve with tomato and chilli sauce.
