Ingredients:

• Capsicum – 4 (yellow, green, orange, red)
• Onion – 1 small
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1 sprig

Method:

  1. Cut onions and capsicum into small pieces.
  2. Put oil in a pan and heat. Add mustard and curry leaves. When they splutter, add onions and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add capsicum pieces and cook till soft.
  4. Add turmeric, salt and chilli powder to that.
  5. Serve hot with white rice.
