Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – kadalai paruppu (channa dal)
• 1/4 cup – pachai payiru (green moong dal)
• 1/4 cup – karamani/cowpeas
• Cardamom powder, a pinch
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 1/4 cup – grated Jaggery
• 2 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Dry fry the dals in a pan and clean it in water and pressure cook it.
  2. If the cooked dals have more water, strain it and keep aside.
  3. Heat the pan and add grated jaggery and pour a little water for the jaggery to dissolve.
  4. When the jaggery dissolves, add the cooked dals and mix well till the mixture does not stick to the pan.
  5. Add ghee, cardamom powder and grated coconut and mix well.
  6. The mouth-watering sweet sundal is ready for serving.
