Ingredients:
• 10 – Dates
• 50 g – Raisins
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 4 – ripe Bananas
• 20 – Cashewnuts
• 10 – blanched Almonds
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• Milk of 1/2 a Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – rose water
• 2 tbsp – Honey
Method:
- Grind raisins and dates with a little milk.
- Grind cashewnuts.
- Mash bananas and chop some cashewnuts and almonds.
- Make a thin syrup of sugar and water.
- Add bananas, ground cashewnuts and coconut milk. Cook for 5 mins.
- Add ground dates and raisins.
- When the mix gets thick, add ghee gradually and stir.
- Add chopped almonds and saffron soaked in rose water.
- When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
- Add honey and pour into a plate and decorate with chopped nuts.
