Ingredients:

• 10 – Dates
• 50 g – Raisins
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 4 – ripe Bananas
• 20 – Cashewnuts
• 10 – blanched Almonds
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• Milk of 1/2 a Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – rose water
• 2 tbsp – Honey

Method:

  1. Grind raisins and dates with a little milk.
  2. Grind cashewnuts.
  3. Mash bananas and chop some cashewnuts and almonds.
  4. Make a thin syrup of sugar and water.
  5. Add bananas, ground cashewnuts and coconut milk. Cook for 5 mins.
  6. Add ground dates and raisins.
  7. When the mix gets thick, add ghee gradually and stir.
  8. Add chopped almonds and saffron soaked in rose water.
  9. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
  10. Add honey and pour into a plate and decorate with chopped nuts.
