Ingredients:

• 6 – chapatti
• 100 g – Cabbage
• 100 g – Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 5 – beans
• Salt, to taste
• Oil, for seasoning
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 6 – Red Chillies

Method:

  1. Cut chapatti into long slender bits and also the vegetables, onion, and capsicum.
  2. Make a paste with garlic, red chillies and a little salt.
  3. Pour oil in a kadai and saute the ground masala.
  4. Add onion and the beans and saute for some time (till the onion turns golden brown in colour).
  5. Add the carrot, cabbage and saute for 2 to 3 mins
  6. Then add the capsicum and saute.
  7. Add the chapatti bits and saute well for about 6 mins
  8. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
