
Ingredients:
• 250 g – beans
• 2 – Carrots
• 100 g – fresh Green peas
• 1/4 cup – fresh Coconut (grated)
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 4 tsps. – cooking oil
• 1 tsp – mixed spices
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 spoon – Urad Dal
• Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut beans into small pieces and grate carrot and keep them aside.
- Heat two spoons of oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, channa dal, urad dal.
- Add finely chopped chilli.
- Add onions and fry for a minute.
- Add sugar.
- Add beans and fry for 4 mins.
- Add grated carrot and green peas and fry.
- Add salt and lime water and mix well.
- Add coconut in the end and mix well and serve.
