Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Oats
• 1/2 cup – mixed vegetables (onion, beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage)
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Channa dal
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1.5 tsp – oil
• Salt and pepper powder to taste
• 2 cups – water
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard, and fry channa and urad dal till brown.
- Add finely chopped vegetables and stir for half a minute.
- Add oats and stir again for a minute, then add required salt and pepper powder.
- Finally, add 2 cups of water and cook on a low flame till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
