Ingredients:

• 1 bowl – mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower), finely chopped
• 2- boiled Potato mashed
• 1 -onion-chopped
• 2 tsp- chilli-ginger paste
• Salt
• Turmeric powder
• Coriander powder
• According to taste -red chilli powder
• 1tsp- Lemon juice
• 1bowl – mixed flour (wheat)
• 1 tbsp-soya flour
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seed
• 1 tsp – Jeera

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera and mustard seed. After 2 min add onion fry it till golden brown.
  2. Then add chilli-ginger paste. When paste turns brown, add all mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame till they become tender.
  3. After that add all the spices.
  4. Add boiled potato and mix it well.
  5. Then add lemon juice and again cook it for few min.
  6. You may add 1 tsp. bean for binding.
  7. Now the stuffing is ready.
  8. Prepare dough by mixing all the flours.
  9. Add salt and 1 tsp oil.
  10. Now make small padas of the dough and prepare paratha after filling stuffing and roast it on a tawa with little oil.
  11. Serve it with curd or tomato sauce.
