
Ingredients:
• 1 bowl – mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower), finely chopped
• 2- boiled Potato mashed
• 1 -onion-chopped
• 2 tsp- chilli-ginger paste
• Salt
• Turmeric powder
• Coriander powder
• According to taste -red chilli powder
• 1tsp- Lemon juice
• 1bowl – mixed flour (wheat)
• 1 tbsp-soya flour
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seed
• 1 tsp – Jeera
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera and mustard seed. After 2 min add onion fry it till golden brown.
- Then add chilli-ginger paste. When paste turns brown, add all mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame till they become tender.
- After that add all the spices.
- Add boiled potato and mix it well.
- Then add lemon juice and again cook it for few min.
- You may add 1 tsp. bean for binding.
- Now the stuffing is ready.
- Prepare dough by mixing all the flours.
- Add salt and 1 tsp oil.
- Now make small padas of the dough and prepare paratha after filling stuffing and roast it on a tawa with little oil.
- Serve it with curd or tomato sauce.
