Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – cooked Rice (mashed)
• 1/ cup – cooked dal (mashed)
• 1 – capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 – carrot, grated
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped.
• 1/2 cup – cauliflower, grated
• 1 tsp – ginger/garlic paste
• Coriander leaves, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Amchoor
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• 1 – bread slice, soaked in water and excess water squeezed out
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a tight dough.
  2. Make balls of desired shape and size.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp.
  4. Can be served with tomato sauce or dhaniya chutney.
