Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Curd
• 1 – Tomato medium sized
• 1 – onion, medium sized
• 2 – small Potatoes (boiled)
• 1 – small kheera
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 small bunch – dhaniya leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala powder
• 2 tsp – roasted Jeera (cumin seeds) powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. De-seed tomato and cut it in very small pieces.
  2. Peel off onion, boiled potatoes, kheera and dice them in small pieces.
  3. De-seed green chillies and cut them in small pieces.
  4. Beat the curd so that no lumps are formed.
  5. Mix all vegetables in beaten curd. Add red chilli powder, black pepper, roasted jeera and chat masala powder.
  6. Chill for 2 hours and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
