Ingredients:

• 2 – Drumsticks
• 3 – Brinjals
• 3 – Potatoes
• 1 – Raw banana
• Masala to fry and powder:
• 8 – Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 6 tsp – Tamarind pulp
• 1/2 cup – tur dal cooked
• 1 cup – Coconut paste fresh
• Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Coconut oil
• 10 – Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Add turmeric powder and cook the toor dal in a pressure cooker.
  2. Wash and cut all the vegetables . Boil it for 10 mins.
  3. Add 2 cups water with tamarind pulp, add salt and boil it in over medium flame for 10 mins.
  4. Add boiled vegetables, masala powder, mashed toor dal, and boil for 10 mins.
  5. Then add coconut paste and boil for 2 mins.
  6. Switch off the gas.
  7. Fry curry leaves in coconut oil pour on top.
