
Ingredients:
• 2 – Drumsticks
• 3 – Brinjals
• 3 – Potatoes
• 1 – Raw banana
• Masala to fry and powder:
• 8 – Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 6 tsp – Tamarind pulp
• 1/2 cup – tur dal cooked
• 1 cup – Coconut paste fresh
• Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Coconut oil
• 10 – Curry leaves
Method:
- Add turmeric powder and cook the toor dal in a pressure cooker.
- Wash and cut all the vegetables . Boil it for 10 mins.
- Add 2 cups water with tamarind pulp, add salt and boil it in over medium flame for 10 mins.
- Add boiled vegetables, masala powder, mashed toor dal, and boil for 10 mins.
- Then add coconut paste and boil for 2 mins.
- Switch off the gas.
- Fry curry leaves in coconut oil pour on top.
