Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sour Butter milk
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• salt
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 -green chillies
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 piece – ginger, small
• For seasoning
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain (vaamu)
• 4-5 – Curry leaves
• 1 pinch – Mustard Seeds and Methi seeds
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixture into a vessel.
- Heat the ghee and add all the seasoning ingredients into it.
- When the ajwain and mustard seeds pop, add it to the mixture.
- This goes well with white rice.
