
Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 3 cups – Cream
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 drops – vanilla essence or chocolate essence
• 2 tbsp – Bournvita
• 1/4 cup – Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp – instant coffee powder
• 1/2 liter – Milk
• Chocolate biscuits for decoration
Method:
- Mix sugar, eggs, milk, coffee and essence and beat well and cool in a fridge.
- Refrigerate the cream for some time and beat well but it should not form butter.
- Mix the cream with the cold mixture and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Then mix bournvita and again let it set.
- Now decorate with cashew nuts and chocolate biscuits.
