Ingredients:

• 6 slices – plain white bread
• 1 – small capsicum, chopped
• 1 – small onion, chopped finely
• 1 – small tomato, chopped finely
• 2 tbsp – Suji
• 3 tbsp – Milk Cream (malai)
• salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl. Let the mixture stay for about 5 minutes. Put nonstick tawa on flame.
  2. Start applying mixture on one side of the bread slices.
  3. Place that side of the slice first on which the mixture is applied.
  4. Once cooked properly turn the side and let it get crisp.
  5. Now serve immediately with sauce.
