
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Mutton chops
• 1 cup – ground tomatoes, skin removed
• 3 – onions, grated
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• 2 – Potatoes (sliced and fried)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 – hard boiled eggs
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• To grind:
• 6 – Red Chillies
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 1/2 inch piece – Ginger
• 1/4 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1 tsp – Poppy Seeds
Method:
- Heat ghee, fry onions till golden brown.
- Fry the ground masala well. Add the chops and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add 1 cup hot water. Simmer till chops are cooked.
- Add salt, tomatoes and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix the peeled, sliced and fried potatoes.
- Serve with sliced eggs on top and sprinkle with dhania leaves.
