
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – cauliflower.
• 1/2 lb – potatoes.
• 1/2 lb – green peas.
• 1/2 – chopped Onion and 2 sliced Onions
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Ginger- Green chilli paste.
Method:
- Chop cauliflower into florets and cut potatoes and keep aside.
- Put ghee in pan and fry sliced onions till brown. Grind to a paste.
- Heat ghee again and fry chopped onions now and then add chilli paste.
- Add cauliflower, potatoes, green peas and a cup water. Cover and cook it.
- Add onions paste and salt and stir nicely. Serve.
