
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Suji
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Milk or Milk and water
• 1/2 cup – Ghee or Butter
• 2 tbsps – Raisins
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 2 Cardamoms
• 2 tbsp any type unsalted nuts (optional).
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan and fry suji till brown.
- Add all other ingredients and stir fry till all the milk is absorbed.
- Remove from oven as soon as ghee comes to the surface as a slight glaze.
- Preferably serve hot but can also be served cold.
