
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Urad Dal
• 200 g – Red Chillies
• 1 piece – Hing, medium piece or 1 tsp – Hing powder
• 50 g – Channa dal
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – oil
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients until fragrant and then grind them well.
- This powdered chutney goes well with rice, dosas and idlis
