
Ingredients:
• 1 – white bhopla
• 1- Potato
• 1 – Carrot
• 1/4 cup – peas
• 1.5 cups – grated Coconut
• 1 to 2 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – Wheat flour
• A few Curry leaves
• 1 cup – tuar dal
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tsp – white dal
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1tsp – chopped coriander
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into cubes and cook them with haldi and salt in a pressure cooker.
- Grind together the coconut, jeera and red chillies.
- Boil the tuar dal.
- Now take a vessel, add the vegetables along with the water it boiled in (it’s got all the proteins).
- Mix the vegetables, the dal and the ground masala and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt.
- Mix wheat flour with a little water and make into a paste.
- Mix this with the molagutal. This will thicken the mixture.
- Now remove the vessel from the gas and keep a pan instead.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, white dal.
- After they splutter, add to the molagutal.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
