Ingredients:

• 110 gms – semisweet chocolate
• 110 gms – Butter
• 75 gms – Sugar
• Plain Flour – 40 gms
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl sitting on top of simmering water. Once the chocolate is melted, take the bowl from the pan, add the butter and stir until the butter gets melted completely.
  3. In a separate bowl beat the eggs, sugar and extract until pale and fluffy. Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until it’s combined.
  4. Then sift the flour to this mixture and mix it together.
  5. Grease 3 to 4 ramekins with butter, dust it with flour and cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into the ramekins equally.
  6. Bake it in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Serve the pudding while they are still hot with some vanilla ice cream.
