Ingredients:
• 110 gms – semisweet chocolate
• 110 gms – Butter
• 75 gms – Sugar
• Plain Flour – 40 gms
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl sitting on top of simmering water. Once the chocolate is melted, take the bowl from the pan, add the butter and stir until the butter gets melted completely.
- In a separate bowl beat the eggs, sugar and extract until pale and fluffy. Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until it’s combined.
- Then sift the flour to this mixture and mix it together.
- Grease 3 to 4 ramekins with butter, dust it with flour and cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into the ramekins equally.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve the pudding while they are still hot with some vanilla ice cream.
