Ingredients:
• 1 lb – skinned monkfish
• 4 – Cloves Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger root
• 1 tbsp – white wine Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – black Mustard Seed paste
• Mustard oil according to taste
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Rub salt on the fish and put it in a baking dish.
- Blend the mustard paste, garlic and ginger. Rub the fish gently with the blended paste.
- Sprinkle two tbsps oil and the white wine vinegar over the fish.
- Bake for 30 mins at 375 degree F.
- Serve hot.
