Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Sugar
• 1/2 liter – water
• 25 – Cardamoms (peeled and coarsely ground)
• 10 to 12 – moogra flowers (washed well)
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 1 – Lemon (juice)
Method:
- Boil the water along with sugar in a heavy bottomed steel vessel.
- After you boil it, add milk. Spoon out the dirt collected on the top.
- Add cardamoms to it and stir it at regular intervals.
- Add lemon juice and mix it well.
- After 30 minutes, remove it from the stove.
- Add the moogra flowers and cover the vessel with a lid.
- Let it cool completely.
- Strain and fill it in a dry sterilised bottle.
- Refrigerate the bottle.
