Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal (green gram dal)
• 1 – big Carrot (grated)
• 1 sprig – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – Coconut (shredded)
• a dash of Lime
• salt to taste
• For seasoning: 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Soak moong dal for an hour and drain.
- Cook the dal and keep aside to cool.
- Then add in all the ingredients, except salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds splutter, add them to the mixture and mix well.
- Add salt just before serving.
