
Ingredients:
• Moong Dhal – 2 cups
• Urad Dhal – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4 or 6
• Ginger – 1 tsp grated
• Salt – 2 tsps.
Method:
- Soak both the dals overnight or soak it for 2 hours in warm water.
- Then use a blender to blend all the ingredients together with salt.
- Leave to rise a little.
- Take a pan and make your dosa. Enjoy it with a chutney, ketchup or sambhar.
