Ingredients:

• Yellow moong dal – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 1/4 cup
• Fried Cashew nuts – a few

Method:

  1. Dry roast moong dal on low flame, powder it and sieve the flour.
  2. Fry cashews in little ghee and set aside.
  3. Now powder the sugar.
  4. The ratio of powdered moong and sugar should be 1:1.5.
  5. Mix well, then add the fried cashews.
  6. Melt 1/4 cup of ghee and add to the mixture.
  7. Make tight balls when it has cooled a little.
