Ingredients:

• Moong dal – 100 g
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Onion (optional) – 1 (small)
• Green chilli – 1
• Garlic – 3 Cloves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the half ground moong dal in water overnight or in warm water for 2 hours.
  2. Grind the soaked dal along with ginger, chilli.
  3. Add grated onion to the grinded mixture and add salt also.
  4. Put the non-stick tava on the gas. Heat some oil and spread the ready material on tava.
  5. Cook it till brown on both sides applying oil.
  6. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
