Ingredients:

• Sprouted Moong – 1 Cup
• Tomato – 1 medium-sized, Cubed
• Capsicum – 1/2, cut into tiny bits
• Cucumber – 1, small, cubed
• Carrot – 1, medium-sized, cut into tiny bits
• Green chilli – 1, cut into very tiny bits
• Red Radish – 5, small size, cut into strips, length-wise
• Lemon juice – 2-3 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Cilantro – 4-5 sprigs, chopped finely
• Onion – 1, medium, finely chopped
• Lettuce leaves – 4

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients except lettuce well and divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
  2. Take a lettuce leaf, fill in the mixture and fold the leaf into a pocket.
  3. Repeat with the rest of the leaves and serve with garlic bread.
