Ingredients:
• 2 cups – moong dal
• 2 tsp – besan floor
• 5 to 6 – Green chillies
• Salt and Sugar to taste
• 1sp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – oil
• 3 – big Onions finely chopped
• 1tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• A few Curry leaves
Method:
- Soak the moong for 7 to 8 hours. Drain and tie them in white muslin cloth and keep for the whole night (until they sprout).
- Add the sprouted moong in a blender and coarsely grind with chillies, jeera, ginger garlic paste, sugar and salt.
- Now add the onion, coriander, curry leaves (finely chopped) to the moong.
- Add 1 tsp oil and besan to the above preparation.
- Make small vada and deep fry until golden brown.
