
Ingredients:
• Moongdal -1 cup
• Ginger -1/2 tsp
• Cummin seeds(jeera)- 1/4 tsp
• Green chillies -1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Ingredients for masala:
• Capsicum- 1 medium size
• Onion- 1 medium size
• Tomato- 1 medium size
• Paneer- 1/2 cup
• Green Chillies- 1
• Salt to taste
• Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Soak moongdal in water for 3 hours. Grind it finely in the mixer. Consistency of the batter should be similar to the dosa batter.
- For masala:
- Chop all the vegetables finely. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds, then add all the the vegetables.
- Let them cook till they soften. Add salt and paneer to it and remove from flame.
- Prepare dosas and serve them hot with masala filled in it.
