Ingredients:
• 250 g – Chickpea flour
• 100 g – Ghee
• 100 g – Sugar
• 100 g – rabid or condensed Milk
• 5 g – Saffron strands
• 3 g – Cardamom powder
• 10 g – almonds, slivered
Method:
- Make a thin batter of flour with water and half the sugar.
- Take hot ghee in a pan.
- Pass batter through a fine sieve on to the hot ghee.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
- Pour syrup on hot, fried flour pellets.
- Soak for 5 minutes. Dry on a sieve.
- Serve with cold rabdi poured over the motichoor.
