Ingredients:

• 250 g – Chickpea flour
• 100 g – Ghee
• 100 g – Sugar
• 100 g – rabid or condensed Milk
• 5 g – Saffron strands
• 3 g – Cardamom powder
• 10 g – almonds, slivered

Method:

  1. Make a thin batter of flour with water and half the sugar.
  2. Take hot ghee in a pan.
  3. Pass batter through a fine sieve on to the hot ghee.
  4. Fry till golden brown.
  5. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  6. Pour syrup on hot, fried flour pellets.
  7. Soak for 5 minutes. Dry on a sieve.
  8. Serve with cold rabdi poured over the motichoor.
