Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless Chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp mirchi powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/8 cup Lime juice
• 3 tsp yogurt
• For Garnishing
• 1 tsp Dhania powder
• 1 tsp Jeera powder
• 1 small Onion diced into small pieces
• handful of coriander, chopped
Method:
- Put all the ingredients (except garnishing ingredients) in a bowl and mix them together.
- Take a fork and poke the chicken pieces so that the chicken will marinate with all the juices.
- Keep this aside for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
- Take a microwaveable dish and arrange all the chicken pieces without touching each other.
- Microwave high for 4 mins. Turn and then repeat for another 4 mins (adjust time according to your microwave).
- Transfer chicken into serving plate, garnish with dhania powder, jeera powder, onion and coriander and serve.
