Ingredients:
• Cassava – 2 to 3 large pieces
• 1 – Coconut grated
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and halve the cassava.
- Remove its centre thread.
- Cut pieces about 2 to 3 inches in length.
- Wash in water and boil.
- Add diluted coconut milk with chillies, salt, and onion.
- Once this reduces, add thick coconut milk.
- Cook for a few minutes till done.
