Ingredients:
• whole Wheat flour – 1.5 cup
• soya flour – 1/2 cup
• Ragi (black millet) flour – 1/2 cup
• Maize flour – 1/2 cup
• sour curds – 1/2 cup
• warm water – 1/2 cup
• Dry yeast – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp
• salt – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Beat the curd till smooth and combine with warm water.
- Dissolve sugar in it.
- Sprinkle yeast on top and leave until frothy, about 15 minutes.
- Combine all the flours and salt.
- Add the yeast liquid.
- Add more warm water if needed and mix to a soft dough.
- Knead very well and keep covered for 1-2 hours.
- Knead the dough lightly again and divide into 8 parts.
- Roll out each part into a thin circle and cook on hot griddle on both sides.
- Keep covered in a thermal casserole, lined with kitchen paper.
- Serve with Chicken and mushrooms.
