Ingredients:
• 100 g – Methi leaves
• 100 g – Spinach leaves
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 50 g – multigrain flour
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander cumin powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• oil for frying
Method:
- Wash and cut spinach and methi leaves.
- Take a bowl, add the multigrain flour and the methi, spinach leaves.
- Mix curd, salt, sugar, spices, chilli, coriander leaves together with some water if required.
- Make small balls and deep fry it.
- Enjoy with any chutney.
