Ingredients:

• 100 g – Methi leaves
• 100 g – Spinach leaves
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 50 g – multigrain flour
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander cumin powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash and cut spinach and methi leaves.
  2. Take a bowl, add the multigrain flour and the methi, spinach leaves.
  3. Mix curd, salt, sugar, spices, chilli, coriander leaves together with some water if required.
  4. Make small balls and deep fry it.
  5. Enjoy with any chutney.
