
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Whole Wheat flour
• 2 tbsp – Rye flour
• 2 tbsp – Spelt flour
• 2 tbsp – rolled oats
• 3 tbsp – Brown Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery syrup
• 1 tbsp – Sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Take the flours, oats, baking soda, jaggery syrup, sesame seeds, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
- Mix everything well and add enough water to turn everything as a thick batter.
- Heat the paniyaram pan. Pour a few drops of oil.
- Once the oil gets hot, pour enough batter and cook on both sides on a medium flame until they are well cooked.
- Enjoy warm with a cup of tea.
