Ingredients:

• 1 kg. boneless Chicken
• 40 gms. Ginger-garlic paste
• 20 ml. Vinegar
• 2 tsp. salt
• 150 gms. Cheese, grated
• 3 eggs
• 40 gms.Cornflour
• 40 gms.Hung Curd
• 20 gms.Green chillies, chopped fine
• 25 gms.Coriander leaves, chopped fine
• 60 ml.fresh cream

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and salt.
  2. Mix the grated cheese, eggs, cornflour and hung curd and add to marinated chicken.
  3. Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well. Lastly, add cream and mix gradually.
  4. Skewer the chicken pieces and cook over the charcoal grill till done.
  5. They can also be cooked in a tandoor or under a hot grill. Serve with mint chutney.
