
Ingredients:
• 1 kg. boneless Chicken
• 40 gms. Ginger-garlic paste
• 20 ml. Vinegar
• 2 tsp. salt
• 150 gms. Cheese, grated
• 3 eggs
• 40 gms.Cornflour
• 40 gms.Hung Curd
• 20 gms.Green chillies, chopped fine
• 25 gms.Coriander leaves, chopped fine
• 60 ml.fresh cream
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and salt.
- Mix the grated cheese, eggs, cornflour and hung curd and add to marinated chicken.
- Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well. Lastly, add cream and mix gradually.
- Skewer the chicken pieces and cook over the charcoal grill till done.
- They can also be cooked in a tandoor or under a hot grill. Serve with mint chutney.
