Ingredients:

• 500 g – Chicken (cut into pieces)
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Garlic juice
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 1 cellophane bag
• 1 tsp – Ginger juice
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Soak the chicken pieces in salt, vinegar, ginger juice and garlic juice for 12 to 16 hours.
  2. Now put corn flour in the bag with little salt and black pepper.
  3. Add pieces of chicken. Shake the bag well.
  4. In a deep pan, heat the ghee to a high temperature.
  5. Then gradually lower a few pieces of chicken and fry them until golden brown on a very high heat.
  6. Before frying the second batch of chicken pieces, the fat should be heated once again to a high temperature.
  7. Serve hot with green salad.
