Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Capsicum paste
• 300 g – Chicken- 4 pieces of 75 gm each
• 1 tbsp – chilli paste, (green)
• 25 ml- Cooking oil
• 50 g – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Garam-Masala powder
• 15 g – Ginger Garlic paste
• Ginger, juliennes -5-6.
Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients and keep aside for at least 3 hours.
- Then grill the chicken on hot charcoal or grill until tender and golden brown.
- Garnish with ginger juliennes and serve hot.
