Ingredients:
• 4 cups – murmura
• 12 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 cup – Peanut
• 1 cup – roasted Channa
• 10 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – Curry leaves
• 2 – onion, medium
• 1/2 – dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
Method:
- Hot oil in a pan and fry peanuts for 5 mins. Keep aside.
- Fry roasted channa for 5 mins. Keep aside.
- Cut coconut into small pieces and fry in oil till it turns brown. Keep aside.
- Fry 1 tbsp cumin seeds in oil till colour changes to brown.
- Add chopped green chillies and garlic.
- Fry till chillies turn crisp.
- Add curry leaves and onion. Fry till it turns brown.
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt.
- Add all fried ingredients (peanuts, roasted channa, dry coconut) and mix well.
- Add murmura with ingredients and mix well.
- Fry on a low flame for 10 mins.
- Ready to serve.
